The NMDOT is conducting a study for NM 4 between the NM 502 interchange and Rover Blvd in White Rock. The goal is to identify existing deficiencies relative to current design criteria, identify and evaluate high-crash locations or expected high-crash areas, catalog user needs, and identify what is required to bring the roadway up to current standards. The Study will evaluate existing conditions and identify potential design improvement alternatives.
